Credit and Collection Assistant

*    Enlist the efforts of sales and management when necessary to accelerate the collection process.
*    Negotiate Credit Extensions when necessary
*    Receive and Verify Invoices and requisitions for Services
*    Verify Transactions comply with collection policies and procedures
*    Maintain Listing of active Accounts
*    Prepare batches of invoices for data entry
*    Record all checks and manage weekly check run
*    Assist in development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the department

Animal Nutritionist

1. Responsible in checking formulation to the feedmill through Protean system.
2. Handles customer complaints encountered by internal and external customers.
3. Responsible in assisting other concerned Departments in monitoring feed quality.
4. Responsible for running experimental trials in verification of product line performances before any changes in specification (if any).
5. Responsible in developing finished feeds database/statistical analyses for tolerance setting.
6. Responsible in keeping and updating records/data/communications of the department on a weekly basis.
7. Serve as permanent reliever for Formulator-on-leave which may occur at any given time.
8. Responsible in extending technical services to clients.
9. Responsible in assisting Nutrition Head/Productivity during regular meeting.
10. Contributes technical information based on attended seminars/conventions and product presentations.

  • Graduate of BS Biology major in Microbiology
  • Certified Microbiologist in the Philippines
  • with minimum of 3 years work experience in the same industry
  • planning and organizing resources and activities
  • following regular sampling schedules within a specific environment
  • collecting samples from different types of environments, such as agricultural sites
  • quality control in manufacturing processes, e.g. checking for signs of contamination
  • maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
  • writing up research findings and producing reports
  • keeping up with new research and attending national l conferences and other events
  • liaising with colleagues from non-scientific departments
Advertising and Promotions Manager
  • Prepare budgets and submit estimates for program costs as part of campaign plan development.
  • Plan and prepare advertising and promotional material to increase sales of products or services, working with customers, company officials, sales departments and business partners.
  • Assist with annual budget development.
  • Coordinate activities of departments, such as sales, graphic arts, media, finance, and research.
  • Prepare and negotiate advertising and sales contracts.

At least two years experience in poultry or hog raising
Able to conduct seminars, product presentations, vet missions.

Familiar with computer applications

Chemist or Chemical Technician

- Licensed Chemist or Chemical Technician
- Knowledgeable in laboratory operations
- With minimum of 3 years experience

- Capable of utilizing various tools in problem solving

- Familiar with Labor law and Safety and Health Compliances

Traffic and Shipment Staff
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration/Management, Protective Services & Management or equivalent.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
