Marketing Research Analyst
  • Collect and analyze data on customer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand.
  • Prepare reports of findings, illustrating data graphically and translating complex findings into written text.
  • Forecast and track marketing and sales trends, analyzing collected data.
  • Measure the effectiveness of marketing, advertising, and communications programs and strategies.
  • Conduct research on consumer opinions and marketing strategies, collaborating with marketing professionals, statisticians, pollsters, and other professionals.
  • Attend staff conferences to provide management with information and proposals concerning the promotion, distribution, design, and pricing of company products or services.
  • Gather data on competitors and analyze their prices, sales, and method of marketing and distribution.
  • Monitor industry statistics and follow trends in trade literature.
  • Devise and evaluate methods and procedures for collecting data (such as surveys, opinion polls, or questionnaires), or arrange to obtain existing data.
  • Develop and implement procedures for identifying advertising needs
  • A minimum of 2 years within the custom Market Research industry
  • Strong analytic and critical thinking skills
  • Exceptional written, oral, and presentation communication abilities
  • Bachelors or advanced degree in business, mathematics, or the sciences
Corporate Planning Analyst
  • Provide Financial Analysis
  • Identifies and monitors parameters for measuring attainment of key result areas to provide picture of the company's performance for the period and the succeeding months.
  • Produces report by analyzing all possible indicators of profitability and translating them into a summative report.
  • Provides monthly financial forecast and presents reports and analysis to Department Head.
  • Provide Industry Updates.
  • Monitors and evaluate economic and industry developments and present report and analysis to Department Head.
  • Consolidate Budget
  • Prepares and consolidates annual budget and forecast to come up with a consolidated corporate budget that will serve as a basis of accomplishment.
  • Assist and Organize Trimester Review and Strategic Planning Activities.
  • Coordinates and assists in the preparation of different corporate activities such as Trimester Review, Annual Stockholder's Meeting and Strategic Planning.
  • Assists with the implementation of Rehabilitation of the company.
  • Gathers data and prepares monthly report to comply with the decision of the court.
  • Is assigned to any relevant task as may be needed by immediate superior from time to time.
  • Follows compliance to company rules and regulations, actively participates in company sponsored programs, and comply to quality, environmental, health and safety rules and regulations of the company.
  • Graduate of Finance, Economics, Engineering or Management.
    With good numerical skills
    With at least 2 years experience in business development planning

  • Capable of communicating to all levels in the organization and able to express ideas clearly

  • Know how in computer applications.

  • Capable of utilizing various tools in problem solving

  • Can manage various projects simultaneously

  • Understanding and awareness of Environment, Health and Safety rules and regulations

Area Sales and Operation Manager
  • BS Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, any Business courses or equivalent
  • Combined 5 years experience on the same job earned from a reputable firm of related business.
  • Computer literate particularly in sales & marketing management system, has strong leadership and management abilities.
  • Knowledge in Livestock and Poultry operation is an advantage
  • At least 30 years of age
  • Must be proficient in oral and written communication, possesses good leadership qualities, can deal with people at lower level.
Sales Manager
  • Preferably with Masters degree in Business Administration/Management
  • Combined ten years experience on the same job earned from a reputable firm of related business.
  • Computer literate particularly in sales & marketing management system, has strong leadership and management abilities.
  • At least 30 years of age
  • At least 3 years in feed milling or equivalent
  • Must be proficient in oral and written communication, possesses good leadership qualities, can deal with people at lower level.        

 

 

Microbiologist
  • Graduate of BS Biology major in Microbiology
  • Certified Microbiologist in the Philippines
  • with minimum of 3 years work experience in the same industry
  • planning and organizing resources and activities
  • following regular sampling schedules within a specific environment
  • collecting samples from different types of environments, such as agricultural sites
  • quality control in manufacturing processes, e.g. checking for signs of contamination
  • maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
  • writing up research findings and producing reports
  • keeping up with new research and attending national l conferences and other events
  • liaising with colleagues from non-scientific departments
Technical Specialist / Veterinarian

Graduate of Veterinary Medicine (licensed)
At least two years experience in poultry or hog raising
Able to conduct seminars, product presentations, vet missions.
Can do cost benefit analysis and return of investment
Capable of communicating to all levels in the organization
Knowledgeable in animal nutrition and feed formulation.
Familiar with computer applications

Chemist or Chemical Technician

- Licensed Chemist or Chemical Technician
- Knowledgeable in laboratory operations
- With minimum of 3 years experience
